Appointment requests are returned within 2-3 business days of the inquiry. 

**Please note Just Cats is booked out 4-6 weeks for routine visits. If this is an emergency, please call our office at 518-869-5779 so we may address you immediately.** 

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations made within 48 business hours require a $50 deposit to reschedule. The deposit will be used toward the rescheduled appointment, and will be lost if that appointment is canceled.
